I am truly passionate about helping others. I have worked with individuals of all ages and which families in a variety of contexts for over 14 years in Kansas and Missouri. I strongly believe that each of us are born with our own inner strength that will enable us to facing our personal struggles in life. My primary goal is to help clients reconnect with that inner strength, while assisting them to grow and to heal in a safe and supportive environment. I am only offering teletherapy/video session where video sessions are as effective as in-person sessions and the most convenient with you life, work and school schedule.

I work with individual clients from adolescence to late adulthood. My practice includes assisting clients to achieve positive growth and work through a variety of difficulties, including: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Stress related with Immigration/Legal process, Coping Skills and Grief.
